My experience with Ira M. Messinger, was very unpleasant from the very beginning. He was very rude and unprofessional. I expressed to my bank that I didn't want to use him, they convinced me to give it a chance. Needless to say he was a big disappointment, I believe he didn't appraise my house fairly at all. He used the lowest comps in the area, he was only at my home for a short period of time. I don't believe he did an accurate job. If you need an appraiser I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE IRA M. MESSINGER.
