Had to dial the extension 13 time and didn't get a staff, therefore hung up. I never was connected to someone for assistance with my schedule appointment. Please check on answering system.
Got assistance with wheelchair. Everyone was helpful. I had a GI ultrasound test. They also took me to the car. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
I have a very complicated case of a rare cardiac disorder. I had tried almost every medication they could throw at me, sans the $35,000/month medication, that was not FDA approved for my disorder, that was being used on compassionate release. Love my team at Iowa heart from my surgeon to my cardiologists, Pulmonologist and nurses affiliated with Mercy . Always return my call promptly when I have questions. My pharmacy stays on top of medications. Never have a problem with my refills.
