I am so fortunate to find Iowa Eye Center ! I have age related MD and they have helped me ! the staff and Doctors are so nice !!
I came in a few months ago and waited 30 minutes before I was seen. And my husband just had an appt and wait 40+ minutes and they didn't inform him that he need to see the contact fitting specialist after finishing with the dr and that was the while point of him coming in. Very disappointing. We will be looking for a different place to go. It was both of our first times being seen here.
Went into Urgent care on Saturday and got referral to Iowa eye center, got in ASAP on Monday. Staff/doctor very friendly, exceptional communication skills, lots of smiles and greetings. Doctor I had was very down to earth and seemed like she genuinely cared :) Will definitely recommend!!
Life can change in a blink of an eye, Glaucoma is an inherited disease its not a matter of if, it can happen to you its a matter of when! so lucky I have Dr Jacobs and his awesome staff to help me through this journey , I am now starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel! I was definitely at the right place at the right time and with glaucoma I found out sometimes there just isn't enough time!
