Very deceitful sales practices. They keep removing my comment when I call them out to b tell people you are not getting 40% off on your glasses!! You have to but TWO PAIRS OF glasses and get 40% only the second pair. Shop around!
Had a great visit today. Nice doctors and staff. Dr. Puk and Maassen are very caring and professional.
Dr. Maassen and the rest of the staff here are professional and kind.
I received terrible service from the optical store. I needed my glasses repaired and instead my glasses were broken in half and no service was offered to replace them.
I arrived early, was seen before my appointment time. Dr Puk was very thorough explaining what was going on with my eyes 👀
I initially was saddened to have to drive over an hour to go to see the closest eye doctor covered by my insurance, however, I plan to drive the distance and am so glad I came here. All the staff were warm and welcoming and did a thorough job explaining paperwork and the overall process. Did not have a long wait at all. Saw Dr. Gauger and she is caring, patient and takes the time to chat and took time to make sure my questions were answered.
Had an appointment at 9:10 waited till 10:20 then DR.Gauger came in looked at my eye & she was very rude to me.
