worst experience I have ever ever had. the receptionist rose was unfriendly and rushed us to get us seated never asked how I was or anything. the optical department was terrible I was in there for half an hour and never greeted. two people walked by and never said hello. the manger Josh had a fake smile and was fake as fake can be
RecommendedWe had had a great experience at Iowa Eye. I brought my son in to see if if he needed glasses everyone was very warm and caring. Dr. Hall was great I would definitely recommend him and Iowa Eye.
Misty is so helpful and professional. Great service. DR Hall caught my retinal tear early and treated it in the office the same day. Later when a new retinal detachment occurred they check on getting me surgery locally and when they could not fit me in that day they got me an appt in Iowa City. Very professional and compassionate. Went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for.
Never has my son been treated so poorly, will NEVER be back!
Little irritating when you call during business hours and you get a call center lady telling you to call back in a "couple" minutes and the main people will answer the phone. Call back in that "couple" minutes just to be told to wait even longer. If you are not going to open at 8am, then do not advertise it. Otherwise the service while there is great.
First dr. Hall gave my son a ridiculously wrong prescription that made his vision much worse. Then when I called to complain I was told he just needed to get used to the glasses TWICE! When they finally agreed to see him it was discovered his prescription was way too strong. Today we had to get another check up to see if the new script was correct. I waited there for an hour and after I went up to the receptionist for the 3rd time and was told it would be another ten to 15 min and then they would dialate my kids eyes and the... read more
The blond gal in contacts was AWESOME!! She got me fixed up with contacts that I can see out of. She took time with me and was GREAT. She should get a gold star. I can't say enough good about her.
