We’ve gone here for 20+ years-
The exam was great, but the optical department experience was not. I selected glasses, paid for them and went to pick up 10 days later. I was given the new temporary frame as they had scratched it when fitting the lenses. After. 10 days, I called again, and was told the frames were likely “lost in the mail.” I was told a new frame would be rushed and I could expect it the following Monday. I made an appointment specifically to get contacts. Eye exam went great and no issues there. Was told to go to see the office downstairs to get the contacts and was sent on my way with a script for glasses. When I got the clinic to get contacts the “one lady” that does contact fittings was with someone but they would call me. That was 4 weeks ago, several voicemails, calls to the front desk, etc and the best they can tell me is “there is only one person doing contacts and she’ll call you”. Even in a global pandemic, I was still able to get my eye care necessities with very little turn around time!
Dr. Puk takes time to listen and address any issues you may have. The support staff is the best, they are very helpful and accommodating. I also highly recommend the optical center. Great selection and everyone does all they can to make sure you're well taken care of.

Dr Maassen was very friendly , professional and compassionate with my 8 year old son . Will definitely be going back to him for future eye care needs .
