This company is absolute trash. I’ve waited up to 3 hours to speak with a representative only to have my call randomly disconnected multiple times. On top of that the communication is terrible half the time I can’t understand what they’re saying, and they don’t understand either, which makes resolving any issue nearly impossible. This has been an ongoing problem with no real support or clear direction to an already stressful situation. I cannot recommend intoxalock you have to wait for the device to warm up in the winter so you’re stuck in your cold car for about 1-3 minutes depending on how cold it is outside, smart start is great because there’s no waiting even when it’s extremely cold. Also did not like the receptionist, very rude.
Horribly expense device prone to lockout glitches. Beware of violation 10! So bad it might be better to chance driving without one of these!
