Jim was top notch in my book. He came to where my motor coach was to iaolate my problem after they rebuilt my alternator, and waa still not charging he was able to isolate the problem in minutes which was NOT their rebuild. Jim went out of his way to make sure my problem was fixed. So we could continue our trip as were are from Tennessee and made it to St. George, Utah. and now can continue on to Moab and Spearfish, SD. Thanks to Jim and the people at their shop.

Interwest Rebuilders is one of the best businesses I have ever been to. When you have an experience like I had, you must share with others. I needed to change the starter on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. This is a difficult repair. Interwest took the time to give me valuable pointers on how to do this myself. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have known forever, even-though I just met Jim a few minutes before. Driving down I-15 and the battery light goes on with a warning about the alternator, 2,800 miles from home, what do you do? Limp into this place. The only place within 200 miles with the right part sitting on the shelf and a guy who can put it in, right then, in record time. I couldn't have done this in my home town!! Thanks Jim and the rest of the superheroes at Interwest Rebuilders!!!

Oh my goodness so glad I get a chance to pay respect to Jim at Interest Rebuilders. My car was acting stupid, took it to Jim and he first just cleaned up my terminals on my battery, it started like a champ. He didn't charge me a nickel for that. He told me if anything changed to come back. We'll it lasted a couple days and started acting up again. I went back and he said it was my starter. I've been taking my cars to Interwest Rebuilders since about 1999. I've always had a great experience. They are professional and know their business. They have put batteries and alternators in all my cars over the years. Here are some of the cars I've had them work on: Dodge SUV, Chevy SUV, Nissan Maxima, Nissan Altima, Honda Pilot, Mercury Grand Marquis, Mazda MX5, Ford Escort, Ford Ranger... Bought an alternator from these guys for my 67 Beetle. I did the installation myself. For some reason I could not get the battery to charge. I contacted Jim and said said to bring it down there. He looked everything over and installed a new wire for me. Works great now. Great guys to work with. They do care about their customers! !!

Had paid for repair on a alternator and it failed under 6months took it back with proof of repair. They stated oneyear warranty. Once i brought it back they played the chicken before the egg. Saying we replaced regulator and it's the rectifier. So it's your problem because we didn't replace that part. Long story short I paid as much for repair as to buy one from auto zone. Trying to help small businesses doesn't always pay. Extremely disappointed!!!!
