I highly recommend Interstate Hyundai, I've just purchased my second vehicle from them this year in August after totaling the first vehicle that was purchased from them! I was upside down with negative equity, convinced that they would take care of my debt I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa! Management didn't follow through, this particular management was let go! better look your used car over good and have checked by your own mechanic. battery went bad just 2 days after we bought and would not replace or even meet me halfway. said by law they didn't have to. what about by service after the sale? told me to go to autozone because there service dept would charge me an arm and a leg. my salesman was great. really tried to help. sales manager was the problem. guess they dont care about future business or recommendations. my advise is to shop around and get everything checked and in writ... read more

This dealerships service department is a joke. Service desk associates are unprofessional and posses poor customer service skills. Service times are slow with frequent request to return at a later date.
