I would like to say thank you to Kevin Hodge and James Cage and the entire Hyandai group for there time and service I have purchased 7 vehicles in the past 10 years from interstate Hyandai and I would have to say the service has always been excellent, went in at 9:00 and drove out at 10:30 thanks Guys.
I had my Hyundai refinanced with State Farm. I had to requested my GAP REFUND twice. It took almost 2 1/2 months to be refunded. I was lied to by Kais Dwari, Fred Bias, and a receptionist giggle on the phone at me today. As long as ur spending money, they are ur best friend. If ur needing a refund, to hell with ya. I will be going to Shreveport for my next Hyundai Elantra and warranty work. Very pissed off customer!!!!!! 1/20/15
Went to just LOOK at cars yesterday and encountered a high pressure salesman and obnoxious sales manager who called me rude when I walked out not buying a car. Typical stereotype car sales experience. UNIMPRESSED!

I was extremely disappointed by the individuals at this dealership: inquiring about my race because my phone voice sounds "white"?...irrelevant to the purchase of a car; leaving my family to wait for hours, until after the dealership closed, insensitive at best; using my social security number without written expressed consent: illegal.
