They only care about making you happy when you're buying but after that, they could care less
This is where my car had its motor replaced. My car caught fire yesterday. I'm not saying it was this dealership that was negligent but I am saying Hyundai is. My car was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, motor replaces in January because of a recall. I am grateful for Samone Davis, GM, for listening to me and being very understanding. I just want this resolved and my kids and I get home safe and sound. Right now we have no car and we are over 3 1/2 hours from home. Please Hyundai pull these cars asap before someone dies.
Great team loving place I am so thankful the Lord sent me here in Jesus Name I will recommend this place to anyone I meet that wants a nice vehicle in tell them about how great of time I had here :-)
Seems to be a bit of a communication problem. All I ask is that you let the customer know what is going on with there tags. A simple phone call is all it takes.
Gave us runaround. Lied about warranty. Tricked us multiple times. Bunch of damn snakes.
