I would have given them a higher star rating because they were so helpful and all that but the thing that didn’t make me use the writing that I did was, they cannot do point of sale like you couldn’t go in and pick and pay for them it is all done through insurance

Zero stars because the lady working the desk on July 22nd around 1 pm when I went in was hostile and obnoxious from the get go. Was going to call and complain to her boss Landon but I just found another place to get my supplies from so I hopefully never have to see this woman again. Even though she had called me the previous day she coukdnt find me in the system and all I said was you guys called me...I put the dots because I wasn't allowed by her to finish one reply without her cutting me off. Horrible customer service. Do not go here for supplies. I told them multiple times on the text ordering what CPAP supplies I wanted. They kept repeating back the wrong order quantities and missing items even with the text right in front of them. Then they tell me I wasn’t eligible for headgear when I was. (They had added it my previous order when I didn’t order or receive it - billing said they would remove it). But apparently the ordering dept doesn’t look at that.
