Caring, and loving staff. Made sure my Husband’s 3 week stay was comfortable. All the nurses and CNA’s were amazing 🤩 Kaye off the 5th floor was the absolute sweetest, loving and genuinely caring Nurses I have ever met in my life time. Intermountain Health “IHC” is amazing! The new system for ordering Cpap supplies is abysmal. The previous system through resupply resmed was seamless. I would call and order the supplies I needed/was eligible for, and it was overnighted. Makes sense for necessary medical equipment, right? This new ordering system still hasn’t gotten my order to me after ordering supplies ELEVEN days ago. I am beyond disappointed with the treatment I received at this clinic, specifically from an employee named Tracy. I came in for a CPAP fitting, which is already an uncomfortable and vulnerable experience, and was met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. From the start, Tracy spoke to me loudly and condescendingly, as if I were stupid or hard of hearing. She was essentially yelling instead of explaining things respectfully.
