It's disgusting that Intermark continues to make so much money off of vulnerable people for years and provide them with the worse possible standards of living...false promises...staff at the properties and corporate office do NOT exist. Ms. S**** contacted our office on May 15th at 4:38 PM via our company website. There are no records of her call prior to this. Her email was replied to at 4:46 PM by the Director of Operations with confirmation that her refund was processed only a few days after move out. Ms. S**** confirmed receipt and was thankful for the timely response. Ms. S**** also admitted to delays in her mail due to the new construction that she was living in. We have offered to cut a new check and have it mailed to a different address.
This company is a joke they’re trying to run me out of my apartment by threatening me with a lease violation in return got an attorney for a separate matter. Jan2023 I overpaid my rent Feb2023 I go on RP they still haven’t made adjustments I reached out via phone email and went to one of the sister properties that she’s assigned to and still NADA but sends me 2 different late rent notices with different amounts oh and one of them has eviction filing fees dated 2/3/2023 already added in the rent how so rent isn’t late yet smh... read more
Slumlords! Avoid at all cost. Purposely makes you pay for money worth an app, which opened my bank account up to FRAUD. Had to get a police report and close my account altogether. I hadn’t written a check in years, all of a sudden when I used this app to pay rent two duplicate checks for thousands of dollars were cashed. If I could give them zero stars I would. This management company does not care about their residents at all. You can never get assistance with anyone on the phones. They will not return your call. They have you pay your rent and make maintenance request through a residential portal app which is a joke and malfunctions leaving you to pay pay late fees and at risk for an eviction. The office put me on a path that cost me a couple hundred dollars more in my light bills over a few months. Our a/c unit went down in March and the office/ maintenance said that our blower board had burnt. They had *********'s Hvac come out to fix it. Our light bills started shooting up. The bill for March year ago was $94.60 and this year was $124.07. April was $90.21 year ago and $133.70 this year. May $96,30 then to $179.45. June $128..13/ $216.06 now. Horrendous as a Management Corporation (Intermark Management Corporation) who manages Apartment Complex Properties. In my opinion, we've had too many Managers too name and at times none. The Corporation located in Columbia, SC had never responded to any of my phone calls and voicemails left for a returned call. I moved here in the ********** ******* apartments here in Concord. NC back in 2019. well the leasing agent left before repairs was done, now this new agent think she know more than you do. Wrote rent check on 4/2/2021, that haven't been deposited to date. The rogue Regional manager think that she is above the law. She don't like to admit her wrong doings, A lot of tenants checks have turned up missing since the regional manager's entrance to InterMark Management. The sad part is nobody is saying a word about the check ponzi scheme going on. She sent me an email verifying my rent was safe, but haven't said anything about the check. Where is it?

The brand new office manager accidently generated the late notices BEFORE rent was posted. After she realized what she'd done she let the residents know. No other resident complaints have been received. Ms. P******* was contacted by the Regional Manager and Director of Operations with an apology. Ms. P******* has no balance on her account and her rent check was deposited.
I would have to agree with the previous review. If there were a 0 that is what they would get. I live in a facility in Charlotte, NC., ****** ****** apartments. They were new when I moved in. I chose them because they were 55 and over. Not sure what the problem is with management and their own rules but this place does not get it. (1) no children and no outside occupants. Any time a resident has an unauthorized occupant in the home it is addressed by management. The resident referred to in the complaint as having an unauthorized occupant was given notice and eviction was filed. All of this happened prior to Ms. M*******'s move from the property. There is no dispute that the apartment was left "clean." However, any charges that are in excess of what is normal wear and tear is charged back to the former resident when they move.
