I was in need vehicle. I am a year out of bankruptcy, obviously bad credit, and didn't have the full down payment. My sales rep, James, was absolutely awesome. He got me into a great car, and my husband in a new car also, that is in fantastic Condition, worked with me with my down payment, and was able to still get me financed with a low payment. We are absolutely in love with our new cars. Thanks

I purchased a car from this dealership in Dover Delaware. The car itself is pristine but the young man I bought it from was a class act. James Jacobs was very helpful he was very polite and did everything he could to get me in a vehicle but most of all James Jacobs was honest and that will bring me back to this dealer again. I will never purchase a car or refer anyone. I had my car for a week the check engine light came So I contacted the dealership they mad an appointment for it to go the “mechanic” when I receive my truck back the check engine light was still on my salesman James told me to drive it for 60 miles so it could reset. The check engine light never turned off so I took it to Dodge myself after paying a couple hundred of dollars my truck is fixed!!!! NO THANKS TO INTELLICAR!!!! Great customer service. Bought one car from Dover location loved the car so I went back again for a second car. Me and my husband bought two cars from them and love both our cars and would recommend intellicar when shopping for your car.

I drove through there the other day hoping to find a new vehicle. We are expecting twins and need a bigger vehicle. A salesman walked out and talked to me about what car I was interested in. He asked me what I was driving now. I showed him my car and he implied that my car was absolute junk and I should get a new one today. I felt super offended and left right away. I think management should know about how rude their salesmen are.

Best Experience Ever Mike Pennewell made purchasing a vehicle Phenomenal!!! I have purchased a few vehicles and this was by far the best. Not to mention my credit was not the best. He made me feel comfortable and gave me a great vehicle with a great price and great financing. A must go if your in need on a vehicle. Love my new car!!!
