They were so quick to get me into my VW Passat but not so quick to tell me the problems! A day later I realized my trunk didn't have a liner, and my tires were making this weird noise! I went back to the dealership for them to be like omg we didn't even know....but they inspect the cars right!!! Rep that contacted wasn't really familiar with the vehicle in question. Someone else in office had to correct him.
We were shopping for a car my wifey's oldest daughter could get in to and out on her own instead of depending on everyone for help. They were able to get her approved and into something we believed would take care of her. Between Mike and Ryan it was a very helpful and friendly staff. Laughed our butts off without a long wait. In the end, I was happy to see her driving off in a beautiful Mazda Tribute. Thanks guys.
