***BUYER BEWARE*** Sounds like they are bribing people to give positive reviews, almost called them about a really great deal on a vehicle I saw on their site before I realized they were paying for fake reviews. Shady business deals makes for a shady business. I was almost fooled by the pretty pictures they take of their vehicles. Apparently, they buy these vehicles as is at wholesale prices and don't repair them to make sure they are in drivable condition as you can see by the other unbiased reviews.
RecommendedWent to IntelliCar yesterday, after going to numerous places that weren't able to work with me. I had an amazing experience! Michael Pennewell did a great job, he was able to get me into the car I wanted! Thank you again for everything! This is a huge stress relief!

Initially, I went to finance a car last year and had a horrible experience with a salesman who thankfully, isn't employed there anymore. I stepped into Intellicar three days ago and Keith Roussaw completely changed my view of this dealership. He was able to work with my down payment, and get me in a newer suv (2015) knowing I needed something with space, good mpg, and a reasonable monthly payment-Since I am a single mom with 3 young children, work full time and needed a reliable vehicle. Dealer responded original email but did not answer my questions. Has not responded to my second email.
The price was great, so I called. The salesman told me that, aside from a few scratches on the tailgate, the truck was in "perfect condition". So I told him I would take it, gave him a credit app, and scheduled an appointment to drive there (1.25 hours away). When I got there, the truck had 4 bald tires, a large scrape and dent in the side, the front bumper was bent in from a crash, the taillight was broken, and the interior was filthy. They wasted my time and lied to me.
Very good dealership. Flexible and fast to respond. Unfortunately I wasn't able to buy the car before it was sold.
