Stay away! buyer beware! they ran the hell out of my credit for a vehicle they KNEW wouldn't qualify for financing! Now i have a whole bunch of credit inquiries lowering my score! This place is a joke and they could care less about customer service or acting with integrity! Zero percent integrity!! Horrible experience!! Went to look at a car.. drove over an hour to get there.. car wasn’t even there yet! Was told to come back at a certain time.. did just as they said. Got back And the car was sold!!!!!!! It was for my daughter .. she cried the entire way home. To say I’m disappointed and disgusted is an understatement!!!!
This dealership is unethical and only wants to make money! They don't care about the customer only the bottom line.
Never EVER buy a car from INTELLICAR!!!! I'm missing work now because someone named AJ who works there said he would hand deliver my tag by 8:30. My tag expired yesterday. The owner, Mark,m argued on the phone with me because he didn't like when I told him it was unprofessional. I had to drive up there to get it. The whole buying process was unprofessional.
