I went in really stressed out because I needed a car but left very happy in my new suv! Everyone was very polite and answered all of my questions. It was a very smooth experience from picking the car I wanted to financing. Would definitely recommend Steve Hughes if you are looking to purchase a car he was great!
In short, I do not recommend Intellicar. My dealings with Tim-management and Steve-salesman were less than stellar. I found both to be highly untrustworthy and Tim is a horribly poor excuse for management. I am the owner of a 2017 Kia Sorento which has a hood that will not go up. Vehicle was given in a ridiculously filthy condition...which is an amplified concern during Covid. Upon taking vehicle to their mechanic for hood issue, the front end was put back on incorrectly. Sheistyness at it's best. Beware, be careful and stay away.. My opinion.
I came across IntelliCar while searching for cars online and looking for a place to trade my vehicle in. I had never purchased a vehicle prior to that day and my experience with IntelliCar was amazing. They have an amazing car selection and are fair on their trades. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to them.
Many times customers aren’t appreciated, however this is not the case with Intellicar. From the start this company was thorough and the people were courteous. I went online looking for a car. My husband an I credit is not the greatest. Because of disabilities and having to move, placed a strain on our finances. We had little to No Down Payment, and also no trade in. My husband and I recently bought a car. The process was quick easy and painless. We were in and out in no time. I’ve bought several vehicles over time and this by far was the least stressful time. Thank you Steve for you’re awesome assistance.
