I have had two surgeries by Dr. Doty and could not have been happier. I never experienced one minute of pain afterwards and never even took a Tylenol. The last surgery was a fusion of the big toe with a plate inserted. I was dismissed yesterday after less than three months and am walking comfortably in athletic shoes for now. Dr. Jesse Doty is the best ortho surgeon ever he just don't talk he listens and wants to know what you think and feel. He done a left ankle hardware removal on me 2 yrs ago explained what to expect and he was dead on it the recovery time. I had no problems good as knew I didn't have to use him as a pain pill milll. He done a heel surgery tendon surgery in May and today 11/19/25 he said everything was good I have been good for mths after my therapy 3 -4 mths I was released. I absolutely owe my mobility to Dr. Jesse Doty. I'm a CMT patient and he truly understands complex patient needs and has gone above and beyond to help me over the years. I can't even begin to thank him or his office staff enough. I feel confident recommending him to anyone in need of an excellent foot and ankle surgeon.
Staff is wonderful to deal with. I had to make an appointment. Peace of cake, very patient. I had elbow surgery from his brother Daniel Excellent surgeon. I'm just a sure Dr. Jesse Doty will be just as satisfying. They have a gift of caring that runs in the family. I'm sure sure God will bless me with his talents. I look forward to see him.
Dr. Doty has replaced both my ankles - one in 2023 and the other in 2024. I am so grateful for his hard work and expertise in this area, as he gave me my life back in terms of being able to walk and enjoy life again. I appreciate his straightforward explanations to my questions and I am so glad he decided to practice in Chattanooga. His entire team is wonderful to work with and I have never regretted my decision to have a double TAR. If you have foot and/or ankle problems, I highly recommend Dr. Jesse Doty.
