We booked our 2013 Mazda in for a coolant change based on a website estimate of $178 . The customer service man then tells me it’s $219 and you can’t rely on the website as it hasn’t been that price for months . Surely you can update the website to reflect the current prices
TL;DR: They refused to negotiate, allegedly SOLD THE CAR TO THE SALES CONSULTANT WHO WAS WORKING WITH US WHILE WE TALKED THE PRICE OVER, and apparently lied about selling the car to inflate the price the next day. We drove 3 hrs to buy a specific car from here. The consultant we'd talked to was busy, so we test drove with Rodney. We loved it & asked to run the numbers. I could never recommend Integrity Mazda. They made a deal with me and my husband to include an extended warranty and 2 years maintenance in the purchase price but then then once we got to the financing portion, they snuck in additional coverages and also charged us for the extended warranty and maintenance. Everything was done on a tablet to electronically sign and it was so tiny to see and the financing guy was “having issues” during everything that now I know it was a way to distract us from seeing what they were doing.
