Nurse practitioner thinks she is a doctor. Major attitude and terrible bedside manner. I am reporting to AMA. This place is terrible.
My first appointment with Dr. Cathi Spear was yesterday. I am very happy to have her for my Dr. Super lady & Dr. Friendly staff especially Paul.
I really like coming here. I wanted to give y'all a 5, like I did before but I just couldn't. I love Sarah Bible though, she is very friendly, good bedside manner and she answers all your questions and Dr. Burchfield explains everything to where you understand it. I do however have a problem with the communication at the front desk between employees and patients concerning co pays. One lady tells me that I can be billed, then today Hope said that I can't be billed. She lucky I happened to have my co pay bc I had just stopped... read more
Today was my first appointment. I was seen by the N.P. Laura and she was very thorough with my first intial evaluation so I was pleased with my visit. The office is clean and everyone was so friendly. I did not feel rushed at all during my visit, and I also had some lab work done. They were all very nice. Thankful I found Integrity Family Care!
I love Integrity Family Care! It is the best doctor's office I've been to! You can tell they really do care. Everyone is so nice and professional. Laura Roche is a wonderful CRNP. 100% recommend!
