I have reported them to The Medical Board...Not a doctor as they make you think they are. Nurse practician with very little to no experience with my health issues. Dishonest..Hung up on me when calling for help. I've been under doctor care for 35 years. Never been treated so badly before.
Most difficult Dr’s office experience I’ve ever come across. TWICE I’ve been billed for appointments THEY messed up and didn’t cancel. Then my third straw, I show up this time and they tell me I don’t have an appointment. Also forgot two of my prescriptions, then called in the wrong one. I will never be going back
RecommendedDr. Cathryn Koshoser was soo nice and sooo helpful and I really liked her...she will become my primary care physician.
Traffic on the parkway was backed up, I finally got to my appointment but was three minutes late. They cancelled my appointment!! Nobody was on the waiting room... they would not allow me to see the nurse.. such a disappointment!!! I would understand if the lobby was full but just not the case. I guess it’s time again to find another office. My time is just as important as theirs!! Where is the customer service??
its not that I dont recommend them, but everytime I try to log into my portal it always says "enter a valid email address" my email address has not changed since I set the portal up. they were suppose to fix it but has yet to do so.
I have always received outstanding care here. Appointments are easy to get and waiting times are short. Having the lab in the clinic is a big plus.
Between the nurse and the nurse practitioner, Laura Roche, I’ve never experienced so much interest and caring in a medical environment! They listen, they don’t rush you and it’s very obvious they really care. The receptionists were so welcoming and friendly! All around fantastic experience! If you value the personal connection, this is where you want to go!

I switched to Dr Noterman in September 2018. She is wonderful! From day one, I have felt she took my concerns seriously and took the necessary steps to ensure I felt heard. She checked all possibilities instead of assuming anything based on her experience and what is most typical.
