RecommendedI have been a patient at Integrity Family Care since they opened. They are appointment driven. That means when it's my time, they call me back and get started. I have moved both of my children from their pediatrician to Integrity. I have ongoing issues that they have helped me manage.
The Family Integrity Center by far exceeds all medical standards when it comes to medical and customer care. Doctor (Dr.) Cathy Spears and her staff are true professionals who aren't seeking wealth and notary but positive healthcare results. Dr Spears is not only a doctor...she is a scientists. Dr Spears doesn't just treat the symptoms, she and her staff research the cause. Dr Spears is a true healer...truly devoted to the Medical Hypocratic Oath. Absolutely the best...!
This is a great place. They take time to listen.
Turn around time to contact a patient should not take more than 24-hours, especially with an unresolved medical concern. One should not have to call twice and then be told to send a message through the patient portal, only to not receive a response through that means either. 3 to 5 days to wait for a response is ridiculous! This is making me rethink where I go to for healthcare in the future.
So sad to arrive for my appointment today to find out my NP, Belinda Isley, no longer works at Integrity Family Care. Bring her back! Jenny, NP, is very professional and knowledgeable, unfortunately, couldn't help me with the problem I had today. HELP.....where's Belinda Isley
I had my first visit today and I am overjoyed to have finally found such an amazing practice. When I called the other day to schedule the woman I spoke with was wonderful and patient as I made appointments for myself and my husband. Today, I was astounded by such little wait time! I saw Belinda Isley, and I absolutely adore her. I have never left a Drs office feeling as validated and as well heard as I did today, she was happy to hear every concern I had and work out a plan to solve things.
