I absolutely love Integrity! Belinda is the best NP I have had the pleasure of visiting! She treated me as if I mattered... and that my friend is exactly what I expect during my visits!!!
Had a lovely first visit at Integrity Family Care. I haven't had any sort of actual medical checkups or visits since I had a pediatrician, and was very nervous about everything. Staff was friendly and really helped put me at ease, and I was taken in quickly once my initial paperwork was filled out. Thanks for your patience and assistance.
My Mom called Integrity Family Care asking to become a new patient, and the receptionist had NO PATIENCE and was EXTREMELY RUDE when speaking to her because she has an accent. VERY dreadful treatment of prospective patients and unconvincing that they will respect their patients - immigrants or otherwise. I wish I could rate “Integrity” Family Care 0/5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Hav you stopped taking Healthspring? After seeing Dr. Burchfield for years, and I just received a letter stating I was being transferred to another doctor on a County Line. I called your office in December before I switched from Humana to Healthspring and was assured that you took Healthspring. What happened in two months?
This was my first visit, the office is clean and modern, front office staff was kind attentive and personable. Arrived for my 11:00 appointment at 10:45 at 11:30 I was told that my Dr Ashley Burchfield was running behind and it won't be much longer. At 12:05 I was brought to the room, at 12:35 I finally saw the Dr, which was so very nice. I certainly hope this was an isolated incident 2 hrs and 15 minutes was excessive and I was very late getting back to work. I do hope that my next visit is a much better experience.
It is not often that I get excited about visiting a doctor's office. Integrity Family Care is not your normal doctor's office. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the thought put into the patient and the process is evident. This is the primary care physician's office of the future. Definitely check them out if you are needing a managing primary care physician..and we all need one!
This group has responded favorably to my complaint, and I am hereby changing my review. Thanks for being so responsive. <3
