Unprofessional, expensive and racist stay away
" I love the people at integrity! They have the military values that I was looking for in a car place. They serviced my Chrysler 300 and did a transmission service and filter for only $200 when Chrysler wanted to charge me $700! I also really like their digital multipoint inspections where they show pictures of exactly what I need! I trust them with my vehicle and the service managers, Stephanie & Fred, really explain things to me in detail to make me really understand my vehicle. I will definitely be returning! "
DON'T GO THERE- $2400 they never fixed the problem. They suggested mre costly jobs to make more money. However, the costly job could have costed our lives. They forgot a to replace a part. We went to another car Service center, their mechanic found that the tie rod bolt for the right side tire was not replaced (which could possibly have caused a roll over if the tire snapped off at highway speed). It seems like I may have gotten the one bad lemon here. I went to Integrity Car Care because of the reviews on here. What I ended up getting was okay customer service, a $330 bill which didn't actually fix and of my problems. They didn't fix the one problem I had thought they did, but I discovered today, That when I asked about it, that telling them "put it back together" instead of "fix it" they merely put everything together so it would hold up, not actually fix my problem. I stumbled across Integrity Car Care & Tires while driving to work. Their building is conveniently located near the intersection of Witchduck Rd and Cleveland St. which is near my office. So when my car or truck needs work, I typically drop if off in the morning, walk the short distance to my office, and its ready for me in the afternoon. Needless to say their service is exceptional and they have yet to leave me hanging to bum a ride home at the end of the day. These guys are honest and dependable. I searched local Automotive repair shops, and Integrity had wonderful reviews. I called them mid afternoon and they told me to bring my car in, they had finished the work by the time I got off at 5 o'clock, I was impressed that they could get me in so quickly. The staff was very pleasant and tried to give me a fair price. I went in with a squeaky belt and came out with NO NOISE. I would recommend this shop to anyone ! Being a young female, the automotive business is a very unfamiliar place for me. I looked up Integrity online, and noticed it was very close to my job so I gave them a call. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse that I had taken to several "specialty foreign car shops" that could not fix an electrical problem with my headlight. My husband received a recall notice for his Ford F-150 Truck, so we were forced to bring the vehicle into a dealership for repair (otherwise, believe me, we wouldn't have been in the dealership repair shop). While the truck was having a recall check, we asked the service repair mechanic to check the "check engine" light that had been periodically going off for a couple of weeks.
