Caleb is a great service advisor. They had to keep our vehicle multiple weeks and he was really great at getting us into a loaner car and eventually a rental car. He communicated so well through out the entire process. Previously, we did not have a great experience with the service department, but Caleb restored our faith through his excellent communication.
Desmond and Nate were great to work with. It was a very seamless process from start to finish. As a business owner I can say that their customer service is top notch. We drove all the way from Knoxville to purchase 3 vehicles and will definitely return in the future.
