Had my first of, hopefully, many experiences today with Integrity Cadillac. The staff were amazing making my purchase painless. Scott did a stellar job ensuring my OTD costs were where I wanted to be. I’ll definitely bring my business back here.
I thought this was a great dealership. The salesman was superb. Worked everything out via phone call. THEN I get into financing and the hidden fees and mark up was 10k+ I tried to have things removed that were unnecessary and he kept arguing with me about how I needed this stuff. I had my 3 kids with me so he literally took advantage of the fact that I was an overstimulated mother. For an hour, I tried to get him to remove the crap he added.
