Bought a 2024 Cadillac escalate from these guys in April. Didn't tell me it was on the recall and no sale list. Wouldn't have bought. Paid 90500 for it. They also sold me the truck with the understanding that it had 2 fobs. 2 Weeks after I bought the truck. I got the recall letter in. So I called to talk to Noble who sold me the truck and he said oh ya we got 3 more in the back we can't sell. Can't do nothing about the recalled truck now but it's been 2 months and no second key they promised me. They keep giving me the run a... read more

After finalizing the lease for a 2025 Lyriq with the Finance Manager, I was escorted to the vehicle by the salesman, only to be informed that the driver's door was malfunctioning and required repairs—an issue that was never disclosed prior to signing the agreement.
