I was passing through Chattanooga as I was moving to Tampa from Chicago when my 2010 Cadillac CTS started having issues while idling and slowing down. I called the service department and they were happy to take a look. My concern was that it wasn't going to be safe taking it 9 hours to Tampa. I made a delivery here dropping off an EV battery that the dealership ordered. (I drive an 18 wheeler) I pulled into the driveway of the dealership and was met by a worker, I don’t remember his name but he came out furious and being very disrespectful and racist. The problem he claimed to have was that I was at the wrong entrance but how would I know, if this was my first delivery and also there were no signs addressing deliveries, nor a sign displaying a number for drivers to call. Have had my vehicle serviced at Integrity Cadillac a number of times now and each time the service advisor Caleb Anderson has been incredibly nice and helpful. He always goes out of his way to keep me informed and does whatever he can to help. Would highly recommend Integrity to anyone I know solely based on my experiences with Caleb.
