I scheduled an appointment to bring a clients Escalade in for service at Integrity Cadillac. Andrew (the Cadillac Service Advisor) was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the issues with the car. A Cadillac Advisor who knows his products, something that's rare these days. Top notch service and the sales staff are friendly and NOT pushy. They are the ONLY ones I trust with my Cadillac. And they know it's specialty, because I have 1 out of only 23 made. From Andrews, Matt and Tyler to Bridget. They are the best. And Brent the owner is a super nice guy.
they do not stand behind what they sale new or used i bought my jeep had it less than 20 days and ended up in their shop with misfire issues it set there for 2 days and was then sent to crown for repairs and just after the new year i got it back and 36 hours after having it back exact same issue very disgusted with how poorly the situation was handled they do not care about their customers only money integrity im not irritated about the vehicle being in the shop its the fact that you guys wash you hands of everything and do ... read more
