Lack of communication in service. Failed promises. Missed delivery dates on service with no updates. Unable to resolve or replicate problems that are well noted throughout multiple visits. Just the usual in dealing with this dealer. Originally I ended up buying out of state for a same spec car due to exorbitantly high pricing in comparison. Well, all I have to say is wow all of these guys are great up there. Brandon was my sales representative. His communication was amazing. He didn’t have to run back-and-forth to the sales tower. He was a very knowledgeable. Please go see him if you’re in need for a new GM vehicle. Than what I got into finance Gary is a great guy. I’ve never been in a finance office laughing before.
