Jason , Nate and Gary all did a great job at helping us get into our new car . Everything went quick and smoothly and they are all great to talk with. Truly enjoyed our experience. I wish I could give them 10 stars
Absolutely terrible experience with the service department. I have endured a never ending stream of issues since they poorly installed a transmission replacement when the vehicle was first brought in. I have had my vehicle maybe 5 days in the last 7 months; as soon as I pick it up the check engine light comes right back on. Almost seems like a tactic to get me to purchase a new car. Bought a car new car. Very pleased
I’ve had multiple experiences with Integrity Cadillac, all through the service department, and unfortunately they’ve been consistently disappointing. Our family owns three vehicles—a Ford, a BMW, and a Cadillac. The Ford and BMW dealerships provide outstanding, proactive service. By comparison, Integrity Cadillac falls well below acceptable standards. If those dealerships represent five-star service, Integrity Cadillac doesn’t come close.
