It took 3 calls and 3 emails to get a simple yes or no answer to if they would do treatment that didn’t involve infusions or needles. The woman my mother spoke to ignored my phobia. They were told I’m autistic and told my mother they had experience with autistic people. The way the communicated with us told me they do not. Their website is terrible. The reviews are terrible. The map shows the side of a bldg. zooming out, it’s in the hood. That explains plenty of parking.
Dr. Pooler is awesome! I have been going to mental health professionals for over two decades. I can remember one of pshychtrist was caring enough as Dr. Pooler and his office but besidesthat they were all pill pushers. My dad use to brag on Dr. Pooler until he passed away. Daddy said Dr. Pooler was the only one that cared enough to listen and to prescribe me meds that actually worked. Contacted the office via website and then left message 3 days later on phone and still haven’t got a call back, so much for a mental health clinic, 3 days later after leaving the review, the receptionist calls me and is so sincere and apologetic of how they didn’t get back to me sooner and how they are “closed” on Fridays and Monday they were busy.
