These guys rock! The ease of purchase and customer service are second to none without a doubt. I tend to take a few trips a year and flying in the winter without travel insurance is asking for disaster. I was able to get a rep on the phone instantly while waiting at the airport and after filing my claim paperwork I was compensated way faster than anticipated. If you have 5 minutes and enjoy piece of mind while traveling you need to purchase trip insurance from the best!

They sold me an insurance policy from April Insurance . i submitted a claim, followed up in 45 days they had never processed the claim. Insuremytrip refused to refund my premium even though they sold a policy from a fraudulent company. They are under investigation by the Attorney General of Rhode Island where they are located. DO NOT USE.
Matthew is rude and unprofessional. I had specific question about the coverage that listed in the policy. At least the CSR could have given me contact info of the insurance company BUT he blurb to click on the link of the coverage and before i had the chance to rebute he hang up.
