It’s been stressful experience using IID. Other than a design we like, the project manager assigned to us didn’t keep all her promises. Maybe it’d have been a good experience with a different PM.

Install It Direct did a huge front of house project for us back in fall/winter 2017! (Pavers, turf, wall, etc) Emily (designer/project manager) was AWESOME & and so easy/friendly to work with. She transformed and saw what we saw. If there was ever a hurdle, she made it easy and smoothe to deal with. Thank you so much Emily and Install It! Hopefully they will be doing an outdoor kitchen for us soon.
Terrific work by a terrific team. Dustin and his crew out-did them selves.
When we decided to have our yard done I had 4 different companies come out to give us a design and a quote. Install it direct was by far way better than the other three companies. James was professional, timely, and most of all could see my vision for what I had in mind for our yard. He was patient and always had a smile on his face.
