We had a portion of our backyard done last month and we highly recommend Install-It-Direct. **** and **** and crew were at work everyday, all day like clockwork and met with us often to be certain we were completely happy with their work. We have them install paver, LED lights, fire pit 8 years ago and everything still looks amazing today. We had some LED light issue and the owner *** personally called and sent the project manager ****** to take care of it. Even though it was a small issue, their attention to details and customer service is top notch and appreciated. We will contact this company again for all our hardscape projects.

Buyer beware! This company defrauded our HOA! We solicited proposals from 3 companies for installation of synthetic turf in a front landscape. Steve Brown, Install-it-Direct representative, visited the property and met with our Board Member for at least an hour and a half, viewing the property and location of the installation prior to providing a proposal.
