I’ve been training at IFI for seven weeks now, and it’s been such a positive experience. The community is welcoming and motivating, and the coaches go above and beyond—especially Tahnee, whose care and attention to detail really stand out. Every class is high quality, and the atmosphere makes working out something I look forward to. Highly recommend!
Inspired fitness Illawarra is great gym with a great community vibe. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, motivating and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. The small group style session are well structured and challenging. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a supportive and results driven environment
Inspired fitness is a great place to train. It is an inclusive & friendly gym and with the support, knowledge and guidance of the trainers who run structured classes to get the most out of your sessions you will notice a difference!
Great class workouts. Have seen heavy improvements on all my major lifts through the great programs set.
Such a great gym to come to. Between Tahnee’s passion for what she does and the community that trains here, it makes it a fantastic experience week in and week out.
