The order arrived 2 hours late, cookies were not warm and the box was not sealed. Extremely disappointed spending $40 on 12 cookies. Rip-off.

Staff tonight was rude. 2 girls working one had an attitude and the other one who rudely took over was impatient. Won’t be coming back. The broad ripple one is way better and they at least act like they like their job. My cookies wasn’t even warm
High price point, but WELL worth it, especially in bulk! Super sweet and filling!
