The Insight Optometry team are fantastic! They deliver excellent customer service, in a timely manner, and are competent in their areas of expertise.
I’m not a patient of this clinic but I broke my glasses and stopped in on the off chance they could help and they took me in right away and fixed my glasses as good as they could. Excellent service and keep up the great work :)
Visiting Halifax... needed hinges on my glasses repaired. Insight team was welcoming, efficient, and very friendly. Glasses fixed in 3 minutes and there was no charge. I wish I didn't live 500 miles away so I could get my glasses here!
This is one if not the only optometrist in the city that can help my visually impaired mom. Melanie is phenomenal and patient when dispensing glasses ansdhelping my mom choose frames that fit her very high prescription and Dr Bonag was so wonderful doing the exam. I cannot say enough good things about this site. Inclusiveness 10/10 kindness and compassion 15/10 cool frame options 15/10!
I called here looking to see a doctor last month because of an eye infection. The receptionist seemed genuinely disinterested in helping me. They made me send a bunch of photos of my eye as part of the triage process, which was fine, but I couldn’t do some of the photos they wanted me to do because I couldn’t really move one of my eyes.
