I reached out to Insight Optometry to get help for a watery eye issue and was told that since I am not a patient, I would have to book in for a full eye exam. Their website shows that the cost of an adult eye exam is $216-$263 which is, in my opinion, outrageously expensive and completely unaffordable. It has been less than 2 years since my previous eye exam in another province so my health benefits will not cover a new exam, not to mention that I don't need my vision tested - I simply need an eye health/medical issue looked... read more
What a gem in Halifax! And by that I mean Alison O’Brien! Alison, Lorraine, and Amber supported me past my comfort zone to the quality frames I really wanted. My new frames are modern and stylish and not what I would have ended up with if I had been left to my own devices. Signed, happy customer!
Nick always provides optimal/excellent assistance and helpful advice in a highly knowledgeable, articulate and friendly manner. Recently, he suggested a change to my graduated sunglass lenses that makes it safer/better for me to row in my racing shell on the NW Arm. He and the whole optometry team are greatly appreciated!
