I visited this optical store in Halifax to purchase contact lenses, but I was refused service because my prescription did not specify a brand or the replacement schedule. I believe this is an unnecessary restriction and feels like an attempt to limit my freedom of choice. The brand and duration of contact lenses should not prevent a customer from purchasing lenses that match their prescription. This experience was disappointing and felt like an upsell rather than genuine customer care.
Warm and neat office, friendly staff with good customer service. Not their regular client but they helped me fixed my broken glasses frame. I just walked in and in less that 10 minutes I was done and out. I will definitely recommend them. Shout out to Amber! Thanks guys.
