Nick always provides optimal/excellent assistance and helpful advice in a highly knowledgeable, articulate and friendly manner. Recently, he suggested a change to my graduated sunglass lenses that makes it safer/better for me to row in my racing shell on the NW Arm. He and the whole optometry team are greatly appreciated!
I have been a long time client of Insight Optometry and Spot Eyewear. I saw Dr. MacPhee for a full eye exam. The front desk staff and pre-testing staff were very kind and thorough. One of the pretesting staff appeared to be in training, she did a great job. They have lots of trending and simple styled frames available. Great eye exam by Dr. MacPhee. I would recommend!
Went in to get new lenses on my raybans and another pair of sunglasses straightened. I didn't have appointment and was seen immediately by Amber and Alison. They fixed them perfectly and I wasn't even charged. Exceptional service!
