Used them for an inspection before purchasing a historic home. The inspectors were friendly and professional. They look the time to explain the issues they saw and answer all my questions. The report was issued within a couple hours and was extremely thorough. They were great. Faster than anticipated and right on time . Korey was the best... being a first time homebuyer he explained the entire process. Very polite, neat and clean. Answered all my questions and reviewed any issues with me THEY follow up after the inspection and give you tons of very useful information THANK YOU KOREY AND THE WHOLE INSIDEOUT INSPECTION PLUS STAFF
As a first time home buyer I did not know what to expect, but my experience was all good.. The inspectors were very thorough and explained everything to me so I understood what needed to fixed. They were also very polite and was on time. Steve also had my report to me by the end of the same day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.
