Inspection seemed to go well. After closing on my house I've come across several missed points. The biggest of all being the gas lines for my laundry and in island range were not completely run. Inspectors suggested shut off valves at the laundry and range but never suggested actually running the lines. Not sure what I paid for. I suggest doing your research if you are not versed in buying a house. The inspectors did not wear mask and were very rushed. Because we are non-invasive, we are not able to move personal belongings of the homeowner due to liability issues because we were not hired by them. I'm impressed with the whole experience! Scheduling the inspection was easy and prices are fair. The home inspectors were punctual, thorough and friendly. I received the report within a few hours and liked that it was detailed and included pictures so it was easier to understand. As a first time home buyer that is important and much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a great experience getting a home inspected by InsideOut Inspections! They sent out two people to inspect the home I'm buying, and they were very quick, clean, and thorough. From their on-site arrival to the delivery of our inspection report, everything was prompt. The inspection report was easy to read, and all my other communications with them were very friendly, polite, and accommodating!
