Went with this company for our home inspection, they did not inform us of our water pressure issue prior to closing on the house. After moving in and contacting several plumbers we need all new water pipes! They’re response was it’s not their responsibility to check the flow rate temperature or adequacy of the water pipes! I have a hard time understanding how they don’t include that in there 400 inspection.. wish we went elsewhere.
I needed to have a VA approved pest inspector to give me a pest inspection & found that Inside Out Inspections Plus is a full service inspection company & not only that but they were prompt & courteous in making an appointment & getting a report to me & my Seller so we could close on their property . Excellent Service & Excellent Value 👏👍
