Recommendedreasonable price for home inspection. Very thorough friendly and willing to communicate with customers on the results. They showed me items of importance on level i could understand. So if you are buying a home i highly recommend them. Better to spend a little money now and know what you are getting into then to buy something and find things out later

We've worked with other inspection companies before and find this company superior to them all. They were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. The inspectors were personable and worked well together. Most importantly they made it clear they were working only for us. It was great to get a report within hours of the inspection and the amount of detail it contained was extremely helpful in our decision making. We will definitely use this company again!

These guys are the most thorough inspectors I’ve ever worked with! They go so far into detail they even noted the stains on the carpet lol! Because of them we found out there was possible mold in our attic and a possible termite problem which other company’s charge extra! They informed us of any and all potential risks and labeled them appropriately. On top of that they are the most reasonably priced in the area! 5 stars!!!!

the father son duo was very thorough. the detailed report was easy to understand and the pictures also made it easier to see what exactly they were referring to.
The Inside Out team was on time, explained their approach clearly, and did a thorough job inspecting our new home. During the process they made themselves available to comment on progress and explained their findings simply and honestly. I would hire them again.
