This was a great experience. 2 inspectors, thoroughly went through the house. Brought all maintenance issues to our attention. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone needing an inspection. We also booked septic and well inspection. Thank goodness we did. Found major issue with septic.
Did a great job on inspection. Very detailed and explained everything in the report in a way it was easy to understand. I would absolutely use again if I ever need another home inspection.
Everything was done in such a timely manner and I have no doubt everything was inspected, tested, and tried. There were recommendations given to each specific issue, no matter how big or small. They took pictures of everything too so i knew exactly what they were referring to! I couldn't have asked for any more help than what they provided.
