Purchased Air Mini 4/2023; have tried using on several occasions,. dissatisfied each time. The system supposedly returned moisture from person's breath; however, within one hour a very sharp burning in my nose awakens me and I have to remove device. Although I've tried applying a moisture product (recommended by my medical provider), their product still doesn't work.This is a very expensive toy - about $2000 worth of connectors and machine - - I just threw it away in the trash since they don't have any way to "rehab" their p... read more

Tired of the software problems and unable to get recorded data on my Resmed ASV machine. You spent thousands on a machine and horrible service.
I contacted ResMed customer service about missing sleep compliancy data from my AirMini and the customer service agent wasn't able to help me and absolutely refused to let me speak to a manager. I kept asking her if she was refusing to let me speak to a manager and she would say no and then she would put me on hold and come back and tell me that they couldn't help me. I start my warranty process in 2/16/21 and I still dont have a machine. Dreams have escaped.
I STARTED MY WARRANTY PROCESS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. AND I AM NOT GETTING MUCH RESPONDS. WITH THE 16 EMAILS I SENT OVER, THEY ONLY RESPOND TO ME ONCE EVERY WEEK OR TWO. I PURCHASE THIS MACHINE SO I CAN TRAVEL, THE MACHINE IS DOWN AND I HAVE NO LUCK GETTING ANY SOLUTIONS. MY EXPERIENCE IS BY FAR THE WORST. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WARRANTY SERVICE.
Res Med Air Sense 11 has no oxygen connector. When I have made contact with ResMed Corp they said they are so busy trying to supply the new machine that don't have time to supply/manufacture all the accessories needed for Air Sense 11.They are not living up to "delivering-life changing products and connected health solutions to patients."They sent me a form letter and told me that is not their concern. So if you are an oxygen/CPAP user don't trust this company. DECEPTIVE!!!
ResMed air curve 10 at 2 hour intervals changes air pressures to **** For no reason. My wife was listening to me breathe as she got into bed after me and the Machine just blasted off. This has been ongoing. I have to tape up leaky hoses to keep the air pressure constant or my setting will be too low. I feel like going back to my cancer causing machine just to sleep.
I have an airsense 10 model that no longer functions properly. It does not calculate time correctly and severely under counts my usage time. While the breathing portion of my machine works the part that calculates time does not. The usage time is just as important as the breathing portion because insurance requires that I use my machine at least 4 hours a night . How am I supposed to know if I'm meeting that requirement if can't tell how long I've used my machine a night ?
3rd Resmed C-Pap machine in 20 years. This is a Resmed AirSense 10. .made in *********. Exactly 1 month after the 2 year warranty expired the machine started the whining sound making sleep impossible. After 2 days on the phone with AdaptHealth, Resmed, insurance, ******** Im without a machine and AdaptHealth and Resmed could care less. Poor communication, terrible quality. AdaptHealth and Resmed do NOT care about their customers. ******, **
