I’ve been going here for years and have always received great service.
My experience is very bad for this location. I do my blood test two weeks ago and result come next day so I open my email and I cannot understand that I call the nurse and I tell please explain me what is that and she say our doctor even don’t know and she will call you back and today is second week. I’m surprised she cannot call me. I send a message three times the staff and two days ago my ultrasound result coming to and even she don’t read my ultrasound report what’s going on and I’m very worried. The WORST
I see Dr. Mannan and HE IS GREAT! Very attentive and listens to your concern's. MyChart, could be better on the response time however that’s minor to me! Having a doctor that listens and gives the right diagnosis is all a patient can ask for. If you had a bad experience change doctors! The facility is nice, clean and i will continue to go there. Thanks for a great job!
The doctor and staff were nice, but I’ve been sitting on abnormal test results for over a week now and my doctor hasn’t helped me interpret the results. I tried messaging in MyChart a couple of days ago, but no response. I tried calling the office, and it keeps ringing. I managed to speak to a human on the appointment-scheduler line, and she was pretty rude. Said that doctors spent too much time on the phone and that’s what MyChart is for.
