I found out at my 9 week ultrasound that I had a missed miscarriage. There was no heart beat. The staff here were very compassionate through the whole process. Dr. Sherrow is amazing. She was very thorough and helpful when helping my husband and I navigate this process and helping us make a decision on how to pass it. We decied on a d&c and she even offered to do it at a different hospital where my insurance covered the procedure. The staff are so nice and welcoming. I am very comfortable here and have recommended and now she has her first appointment scheduled. You all are so great. Please never change because it is hard to find someone who cares and you trust.
I had appointment there for the first time this year and they were great.
UPDATE ON 9/10: Be careful of posting negative reviews because the office staff now refuse to schedule me with my provider, since I left a very well deserved negative review here (below) regarding a rude nurse. The staff members I spoke to this week severely lack empathy for women going through the worst moments of their lives. Absolutely shocking for a women’s health clinic. A friend of mine called this practice a few days ago, concerned she was losing her pregnancy. She has a history of chemical pregnancies. The office showed no urgency to see her or even offer guidance. Today, while she was actively miscarrying, she called again — and was denied care because of a Google review she had written about her experience earlier in the week.
