Everyone there goes out of their way to assure you reach your fitness goals. I drive past lots of other clubs to come here because it is worth it.
Very satisfied with this fitness center- cleanliness, staff, and equipment are top notch! I have enjoyed both yoga and spinning sessions. Finally, Brian has been an exceptional trainer. Keep up the good work!

Great facility and staff. IHF is the cleanest health club that I have ever been in. The staff do a great job to help make my weekly experience at the club consistently positive. I would choose no other place to help me reach my fitness goals. They have helped me lose over 40 lbs. Thank you so much.
