Innovative has a friendly environment with wonderful members and a friendly staff. The personal trainers are very professional and really want to help make a difference in your life. The large group exercise instructors give a great workout.
Very fun atmosphere. Peaceful and I found everything top of the line.
Nice place. I like when the front desk person reads my names and uses it during our interaction. Makes my experience feel more personalized.
DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS! They provide no training & have too many kids in there. The workers were watching more than a dozen 2-4 yr olds & they were only teens themselves. They were more interested in hanging out with each other and the children were ignored. They were yelling at a little girl who was no more than 2 because she was crying. They threatened to put her in a time-out to try instead of comforting/distracting/engaging her. They were mad this kid was interfering with their time to chat. It's awful! been going to innovative for over a year, no complaints, staff is friendly and helpful always with a smile, which is wonderful, never have to waif for a machine. i would recommend this club to any one... thumbs up guys!
If you look at the reviews dates they are all within a months time of each other... Hmmmm maybe the employees are just trying to make it look good??? Better check it out for yourself...
