Went on Friday, July 31 for a rapid swab. Paid. Was told I would have my results by that night. No results. On Saturday I was told I would get a refund. And my results. My results still haven’t posted on the patient portal, my refund is nowhere in site. I have called and texted multiple times and no response. Really unacceptable. Still waiting for a follow up.
Went to get a rapid covid test done and without a previous warning was told that instead of $150 it’s gonna be $400 that they’ve just recently changed it. Instead of paying $400 I decided to go with only the regular (not rapid) swab test, which is $250. They told me results within 3-5 days, which was also written on their card they hand out when entering the location. After I got the test done, I was told about 6-7 days for results. RecommendedVery courteous and professional staff. They did my Covid antibody test. They have a seamless operation to keep everybody safe. And they telephoned me as soon as my results were available.
The doctors and nurses on staff are excellent. The issue is interfacing with this company in an effective way. Available appointments on their website change daily. If you need any help with making an appointment you absolutely can not rely on their reception staff as they rarely answer phonecalls and they regularly neglect to return phone calls. They scheduled an appointment for my 8 year old daughter for Monday. Got a email confirmation!! We drove 3.5 hours to see the doctor for her renewal script. But they won’t see us. DO NOT go to this place. Must be ran by democrats. Want your money for nothing!!!
Cannot recommend IEC enough, especially for medical cannabis card help. They take insurance, are able to get you in quickly, and are incredibly helpful. They made everything so easy and I got my card perfectly. Thanks IEC!
