They changed 400 for rapid testing that isn't rapid. In October they charged 250 for the same test. All they want is the cash

We take insurance... but we don’t take every single insurance. Based on what happened, I’m sure we do not take your insurance, so there is a selfpay fee. I believe that is what happened to you. In fact 99% of the time, we take people’s insurance (and not cash). We also use the CARES act if you don’t have insurance... but, the law says that we cannot use the CARES Act if you have Medicaid or any insurance. Sorry that you don’t recommend us. We wish you the best in your healthcare.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! People here are so unprofessional! No customer service, nobody answers the phone! 100 people are in line even if I have an appointment! Rapid test here takes about 12hours to 3 days! Don’t waste your time! Go somewhere else! What a SCAM!
Waited over an hour and had an appointment, place is horribly mismanaged. 35 minutes of the waiting was outside in line in 30 degree weather. They wrapped the line past the dumpster, where used gloves were blowing in the wind. This place is run by young kids, who have no idea what's going on. This place is a covid cash grab. Stay away!
RecommendedThe facility is beautiful, comforting and Dr. Michelle Nagle, who I see, is kind, very smart, on the ball and great listener and last but not least, compassionate! Theres no other dr for me since I met her. Kathleen Thews
Total scam. attended the Downers Grove location last week. Tents set up in a car park ran by college kids, with an older gentleman bossing everyone around, not wearing a mask. still no results a week later, and despite numerous emails from them asking ‘how did we do?, no response to my requests about my test results. This seems to be a scheme to scam money from insurance companies. My suggestion is go elsewhere, and avoid this enterprise.
This place is horrible, we went in for rapid testing but were not given a rapid test. During the testing they did not label our swabs and therefore had to re-do the test. When they came back to do the second test the person conducting the test did NOT have gloves on and I had to request that she put gloves on. Then after our 2nd test the provider comes to speak with us and tells us we would need ANOTHER test for rapid testing, which would have been THREE tests! I have fraudulent charges on my bill. I have attempted to contact this company ON MANY occasions. They have been less than helpful! I would expect this from most places but NOT from Dr. Khare. It's upsetting that at this point I am going to have to open a fraud case with my insurance since there has been no response from this company. I had a COVID test back in April. If I knew it would be this problematic, I WOULD HAVE NEVER went to this place!
it's perfect place for covid 19 rapid test I got the result after 30 mins and I was able to fly home thanks
