I've been totally satisfied with the help I've received from Innovative Express Care. I've used their services several times over the last year. I use them now for my yearly checkup. Everyone from the staff, nurses and doctors have been helpful, informative, courteous and calming. Just the other day I had an issue and walked in without an appointment, was helped within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.
Saw them in order to get the medical marijuana card! Received within 30 days.
I've been super fortunate to have found such great doctors with an amazing bedside manner, that go above and beyond others doctors I've seen in my life, here at Innovative Express. While it has some nice amenities with a fresh clean look from the entrance to the waiting area and a loaded refrigerator of water and soda and a coffee station... In the office a third time they had incompetent people working for them they shafted me . Place acted like it's not their fault .
The staff at IEC is wonderful. Very compassionate. I loved Dr. Johnson. It was an all around great experience. They are very accommodating. If you have been holding off on getting an alternative therapy such as MMJ, this is the place to go.
