I have nothing but great things to say about Innovative Express Care and the staff. They made me feel extremely comfortable from the first time I walked in when I sick, they make you feel like family. Since then, I injured myself playing soccer. I walked right in- got an x-ray, motion test, and they scheduled an MRI for me within the next couple hours. First of all the staff is amazing. They always have a smile on their face and make me feel like I'm apart of their family. I always leave with a smile on my face. Secondly, the facility is astounding. It is always clean and feels extremely comforting. And lastly, the care. I always get the correct diagnosis and feel better after treatment. I love having such an amazing PCP team!
I am so glad I went to IEC. The staff was attentive, kind, professional, and quick. I was taken to a examining room immediately and treated quickly and efficiently.
Thanks to everyone at Innovative Express Care, who welcomed both of my pajama-clad boys with big smiles and excellent care 3 minutes before closing time. So glad to have you in the neighborhood!
Extremely friendly and efficient.
I came in today on a recommendation from a friend to have stitches removed. The offices are beautiful and the staff was great. Even with new patient registration I was in and out in under an hour. The staff was very friendly and professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
We have been here numerous times, for all FOUR of us. The staff is by FAR the best we have ever had. Front desk is fantastic, they are family friendly, detailed, and so helpful. We will continue to be regulars till these littles are off to college. Thank you all!!
