This clinic is easy to locate has a very friendly staff with a caring DR .I had no waiting, got to see the him in like 10 min which is a plus.There was a problem with an application that was suppose to be sent off (wasn't his fault) he personally filled it out with me. My concearns with a health facilitiy is receiving prompt care with a knowledgeable,professional staff and a caring attitude, Innovative Express Care has it . Thanx
This was the best experience I've had in all my medical history. They got me in right away (even minutes before my appointment). Going to the doctor is a generally uncomfortable experience, but not at Innovative! I was there for an annual check-up but they took my lab tests and sent me on my way home, without having to sit around there for too long. Not even that would've been bad with what the clean facilities and k-cup coffee.
This is a beautiful and clean facility. The staff could not have been any friendlier. I have to say I'm typically a bit nervous driving all the way to the city for services but the trip was well worth it! I was treated with compassion and respect and the parking couldn't have been more convenient. It's also great to see a place that has so many online options to streamline the process. Thanks for taking the stress out of going to the doctor!
Innovative Express Care is so much more than just an "urgent care" clinic! They are awesome at handling all the unexpected medical care that adults & children have. However, some of their doctors are also available as a Primary Care Physician. They helped my husband and I to successfully navigate the way through all the requirements so I now have my Medical Marijuana card. One of the doctors has also been monitoring me as I do a home taper/detox off of opiates. Everyone there makes a person feel cared for and listened to.
Love this place! It is now my primary care and I'm glad I found it!
Just fantastic! Beats CVS Minute Clinic by a country mile. Super friendly, beautiful environment, easy parking and you see a real live doctor! And he's fab!
