Their technicians worked fine but their bills will scare the customer away.Does anyone know how much the 40+5 Dual Capacitor cost? $150.47 ???????
Used them to unhook an existing ac and hook it back up at a different location. Once hooked back up unit only worked for about two weeks. Called them they wanted to charge me again to see what the problem was so I called another company to come check it. They advised us the unit was not properly charged with freon. Innovative was not willing to fix their mistake. Would not recommend. Very expensive. My advice call around much better work out there for much cheaper price.

We're very sorry to hear you've had problems with your system. We hooked up the air conditioner on 11/12/2013. We do offer a 30 day guarantee on any service call and a 1 year labor, 10 year parts warranty on all new equipment. We follow all manufacturers protocol for charging equipment with refrigerant.
