I had to get a new unit. They.told me what i would need and made it happen. Their employees were fantastic. They have done a fantastic job. I would not use anyone else. Call Stephanie or Robert if you need an A.C.

Our Daughter's air wasn't cooling. Her house was so uncomfortable. Went to see her today in Katy TX. With the thermostat set on 78 it was so much cooler than it's ever been! Thank you Robert Currie!

Good customer service but outrageous on costs. Wanted $429.00 to replace a $50.00 board. Approximately 1hour.

My wife and I called Innovative Air Solutions on a Friday when our AC quit blowing cold. They gave us a few options on the time to come since it was happening after normal hours. Robert and his team were very quick to respond to all of our requests and were very prompt and thorough on completing the job. Will definitely use them again!
